Welcome to Paddock Pulls! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Paddock Pulls. Paddock Pulls operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Paddock Pulls is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.
By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy . If you do not agree, you should not use or access our Services.
SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use the Services.
To use the Services, including accessing or browsing our online store or purchasing products, you may be asked to provide certain information, such as your email address, billing, payment, and shipping information. You represent and warrant that all the information you provide is correct, current, and complete, and that you have all rights necessary to provide this information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to any other person.
SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS
We have made every effort to provide accurate representations of our products. However, product colors and appearance may differ slightly from how they appear on your device.
All descriptions of products are subject to change without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time, and may limit quantities offered to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Paddock Pulls reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and payment has been processed.
All Sales Final. All purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable in accordance with our Refund Policy. Please review your order carefully before submitting.
Condition & Authentication. Collectibles are described and photographed with care. Raw cards are sold as-is; no guarantee is made regarding grading outcomes. Sealed boxes are unopened; manufacturer insert odds are not guaranteed by us.
Personal Use Only. You represent and warrant that purchases are for personal or household use, not for commercial resale or export.
Custom Shipping Labels & Manual Payments. If you select “Provide Own Label” or choose a manual payment method (such as wire transfer or PayPal Friends & Family), you must provide the label or complete payment within 3 business days of placing your order. If we do not receive your label or payment within this timeframe, Paddock Pulls reserves the right to cancel the order and return the item(s) to inventory. No product will ship until all required materials and funds have been received and confirmed.
Make an Offer Listings. For listings where “Make an Offer” is available and your offer is accepted, payment must be completed within 3 business days of acceptance. If payment is not received, we reserve the right to cancel the order and relist the item(s) without notice.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed. Unless otherwise stated, prices exclude taxes, shipping, customs, or import charges.
We accept Shopify Payments, PayPal, and bank wire transfers for certain orders. For wire payments, your order will ship only after funds have cleared. We may request additional verification for high-value orders.
We reserve the right to investigate and dispute fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Handling time is typically 1–3 business days. Transit times shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We offer standard, expedited, and express shipping options, as well as insured and signature services upon request. If you select “Provide Own Label / Custom Shipping,” we will contact you to coordinate details.
We do our best to keep shipping fair and accurate. If the actual carrier cost is significantly higher than the rate paid, we will reach out before fulfillment to confirm adjustments.
Title and risk of loss pass to you once the package is accepted by the carrier. If you decline signature confirmation on high-value orders, you assume responsibility for any loss after carrier acceptance.
International customers are responsible for all duties, VAT, and import taxes. We cannot mark packages at reduced value or as gifts.
SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Services content—including trademarks, text, images, video, audio, and designs—is owned by Paddock Pulls, its affiliates, or licensors, and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our content without prior written permission.
SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide access to third-party tools or services on an “as is” basis, without warranties or endorsements. Use of such tools is at your own risk.
SECTION 8 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Our Services may link to third-party websites or content. We are not responsible for the accuracy, content, or policies of third-party websites. Any issues regarding third-party products or services must be directed to that provider.
SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Paddock Pulls is powered by Shopify. However, all sales and purchases are made directly with Paddock Pulls. Shopify is not responsible for any sales, services, or damages. By purchasing, you release Shopify from liability related to your transactions with Paddock Pulls.
SECTION 10 - PRIVACY POLICY
All personal information we collect is subject to our Privacy Policy. Shopify also collects and processes personal information to provide hosting and checkout functionality. By using our Services, you acknowledge both policies.
SECTION 11 - FEEDBACK
If you provide us with feedback, you grant us a license to use it for any purpose. You represent that you own or have rights to any feedback you submit.
SECTION 12 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
Occasionally there may be typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, or availability. We reserve the right to correct and update such information, or cancel orders, without prior notice.

You may only use our Services for lawful purposes. You may not violate intellectual property rights, transmit malicious code, engage in abusive behavior, misrepresent yourself, or interfere with site security.

SECTION 19 - WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Failure to enforce any right under these Terms is not a waiver. These Terms, along with referenced policies, are the entire agreement between you and Paddock Pulls.

You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms. We may assign ours without notice.
SECTION 21 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
SECTION 22 - HEADINGS
Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
SECTION 23 - CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE
We may update these Terms by posting changes on our website. It is your responsibility to review them periodically. Continued use of Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
